STEVE DIGGS built a 20+ year career in the Nashville communications business. Over the years, he has hosted 7 Radio and TV shows and authored 11 books. Early in his career, Steve hit the national music scene when he signed contract with one of the world’s largest record labels and began appearing on stage and TV with top artists. In later years, as CEO of The Franklin Group, Inc., he founded a leading Nashville radio/TV production firm, a record label, and an ASCAP Music Publishing Company.                                                            


Today, Steve presents POP Goes the Music™ entertaining and educating audiences with his encyclopedic knowledge of pop music, it’s history, and it’s impact on the world. With decades of music business experience, Steve takes his audiences backstage with funny and entertaining stories about the famous people he’s been and worked with like Elvis Presley, Andy Williams, The Beach Boys, Little Richard, Johnny Cash, Bobby Vinton, Jan & Dean, The Rascals, Righteous Brothers, and Dick Clark.

In the professional world, Steve has been a college professor and is the founder of 7 companies including a wildly successful Nashville-based advertising agency and broadcast production firm. After selling that company in 2000, Steve became a best-selling author and a Hall of Fame Speaker© and is a Certified Speaking Professional© by the National Speakers Association…the highest earned designation in the professional speaking industry. Today he routinely speaks over 120 times annually for businesses, cruise ships, associations, churches, and universities.
